Celebrating Our Great Place to Work Journey

A year ago, Endiprev received the Great Place to Work certification for the second time. Today, we want to take this opportunity to reflect on this significant milestone, celebrate our collective achievements, and look ahead to our future endeavors.

Over the years, Endiprev has remained committed to fostering a positive and rewarding workplace. We have demonstrated this commitment time and time again through the implementation of several improvements, driven both by employee feedback and initiatives from our People Department. These efforts were recognized with the Great Place to Work certification.

In 2021, Endiprev Portugal was the first company in the group to achieve this recognition. It established the foundation for a company-wide commitment to excellence. Over the past three years, our global team has grown from 210 to nearly 650 employees, marking a period of significant expansion and development. This dedication culminated in 2024, when Endiprev Portugal, USA, and UK all received the certification, highlighting our unified culture across diverse geographies.

Celebrating Our Team’s Contributions

At Endiprev, our people come first. That’s non-negotiable. Our employees are the cornerstone of our success, and their feedback and engagement have been instrumental in shaping our workplace culture.

Notably, Endiprev USA achieved a remarkable trust score in its first survey – the highest within the group -, while Endiprev Portugal saw a 7% increase from 2021. These achievements reflect our collective efforts to create an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to grow.

Throughout the certification period, we implemented several initiatives to support our teams:
