Endiprev is a global business. Our business partners and operations are spread across the world.
As a result, we collect and transfer personal data on a global basis.

6. When you submit a contact form through our website
We request the following information: your name, company name, and email address.
We use this information to respond to your query, including providing you with any requested information about our services. We may also email you several times after your inquiry to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have answered it to your satisfaction. We will do this based on our legitimate interest in providing accurate information.
Your inquiry is stored and processed as an email which is hosted by Microsoft within the European Economic Area (EEA). It is also logged on a CRM system on a cloud server in a country that the EU says has adequate data protection laws in place to protect your data.
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
We keep inquiry emails for two years, after which they are securely archived and kept. CRM records are kept for three years after the last contact with you.

7. When you sign up to receive our newsletter
When you sign up to receive our newsletter, we ask for your name, the name of your company, and your email address.
We will ask for your consent to use your name and email address to email you our newsletter which contains information about services and other information which we feel might be of interest to you.
You can withdraw your consent at any time and we will stop sending you the newsletter.
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
We keep your personal data for as long as we produce and distribute our newsletter. If you withdraw your consent, we will mark your details so that they are not used and delete them.
If you withdraw your consent, we will mark your data to no longer be used and will proceed to delete it.
The processing of your data will be carried out by the Marketing and ICT teams, only to the extent necessary for the purpose of sending the subscribed newsletter.

8. When you apply for our job opportunities
When applying for our job opportunities we ask for your name, phone number, and email address. To this information, it is mandatory to add your resume.
We use this information to analyze your qualifications and to contact you if your application is valid for what we are looking for in our company. We will do so based on our legitimate interest in prospects for our services and needs.
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that may affect you.
Your data will be stored for one year after submission. After that, it will be properly deleted.
The analysis of your data is carried out internally by the company, specifically by the People Department.

11. Children’s Privacy
Our website does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
