Case Study: High-Voltage for Vestas Offshore V236-15.0 MW Turbine
Endiprev joins Vestas Offshore for the first installation of the V236-15.0 MW turbine. A landmark project that showcases trust, high-voltage expertise, and a unified team effort across Europe.

For years, Endiprev had been preparing for a key moment: entering into an installation project alongside Vestas. Partnering with Vestas, a world leader in turbine manufacturing, was a strategic goal for Endiprev. This project marks a significant milestone in our offshore wind journey.
In early 2025, we at Endiprev, as the electrical division of the Muehlhan Wind Service Group, traveled to Aarhus to present our high-voltage (HV) capabilities. The mission: to support the pre-assembly and commissioning of the V236-15.0 MW – Vestas’ newest and most powerful turbine to date.
The Vestas’s offshore challenge
Launching a new turbine model, especially one with the scale and complexity of the V236, requires trust in the execution. The stakes were high: pre-assembly and offshore work would begin at the He Dreiht and Baltic Power wind farms in Germany, Poland, and Denmark. There was no room for error.
As Muehlhan Wind Service’s electrical division, we at Endiprev responded with what we do best: a fast, committed deployment of high-level talent, quickly ramping up operations, with support from both High Voltage and Commissioning Business Units. In April 2025, we began offshore work at He Dreiht and Baltic Power, after initial pre-assembly work in Denmark.
As the projects progressed, our teams expanded rapidly. Today, 28 technicians from both Endiprev and Muehlhan HV are working across multiple countries, supporting Vestas’ offshore projects.
But the scale of this project wasn’t just in numbers.
From HV to full electrical completion
The manufacturer of the HV connectors trained and certified all our Cable Jointers directly, ensuring strict compliance with all technical and quality requirements. This level of precision was crucial, especially when dealing with the technical unknowns of a new turbine platform.
The V236 brought challenges: the need for a deep understanding of turbine architecture, real-time problem-solving, and a multi-country operational footprint. With pre-installation and final installation phases taking place in different nations, each with its own regulatory frameworks, coordination was key. Our project teams had to master the technical side, but also logistics, compliance, and people management across borders.
Adding to this, the entire project was delivered using 100% directly employed technicians. This approach ensured consistency, alignment with our safety culture, and full ownership over the execution, training, and quality of delivery.
While HV was a core focus, our involvement spans several key electrical phases, from pre-assembly to HV installation and commissioning offshore.
This end-to-end responsibility allowed for stronger risk control and reduced handovers. Our team took full accountability across all phases, which gave Vestas the confidence that every step was aligned, safe, and optimized for performance.
Safety works with us, always
Safety was a central pillar throughout the project. For instance, working on a brand-new platform, across three countries, introduces added risks, but our teams upheld the highest standards.
Every action was guides by discipline and preparation: electrical isolations, site-specific LOTO procedures, and toolbox talks. The result? Zero major incidents across the entire scope.
Costumer recognition
The client consistently recognized our team’s commitment and technical excellence throughout the project.
Our initial team of 4 technicians quickly earned Vestas’ trust. As our performance spoke for itself, the project scope was progressively expanded. Feedback from the Vestas offshore team has consistently highlighted the quality, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving of our technicians on-site. This recognition is a direct result of the rigorous training and dedication that defines every Endiprev team.
Lookind ahead
We are proud to be contributing to some of the most strategic offshore wind developments in Europe. And even prouder to be doing so alongside the leading Western OEMs, reinforcing our role in supporting the industry.
As the official Electrical Division of the Muehlhan Wind Service Group, we bring together expertise from across countries and disciplines to deliver better solutions.
That being said, something we learned over the last year is that by joining forces, we’re better equipped to meet the complex needs of our customers. And that’s a win for everyone.
